The Hazard Center revitalization project will create a modern environmentally responsible urban neighborhood that includes a variety of housing options, new park space, and additional tax revenues for the city of San Diego, while promoting the use of existing public transportation. It responds to the needs of today’s environmental sensitivity and transforms a high-profile site in the heart of Mission Valley entirely within the existing footprint and without disturbing vacant land.

The new Hazard Center will be a destination for dining, shopping, and hospitality as well as a model neighborhood and workplace featuring enhanced amenities and new parks, plazas and open spaces. Its time has come.
